The installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box. Click More info and then Run anyway. Compare the SHA-256 above against your download if you want to be sure you got the right file.

Uninstall it from Windows' Apps & features list. To clear settings as well, delete the LoftierLauncher folder in %APPDATA%.
